Shipping Destinations & Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping to all our covered destinations. Currently, we ship to:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Oceania: Australia
- United Kingdom
- Major European Countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, and Poland.
Please note: To ensure secure delivery of our premium products, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or remote island territories.
Processing & Order Preparation
To maintain our strict quality standards, every order undergoes a thorough inspection and bespoke packing process before leaving our fulfillment network.
Standard Processing: Most orders are securely prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Special Orders & Demand Peaks: For select complex items or during high-demand shopping seasons, preparation may take 5–7 business days before leaving our facilities.
Estimated Delivery Times
Because we operate a global direct-to-door supply chain to ensure competitive pricing and high-end curation, your package completes an international transit journey.
Total Estimated Delivery: Please allow 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed to its arrival at your doorstep. This window encompasses premium international air freight, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery by our domestic courier partners.
Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to custom clearance processes, international transit backlogs, or severe weather conditions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is handed over to our international transit partners, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically. You can monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery day directly via the carrier’s tracking portal.
Address Changes & Correct Information
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before finalizing checkout. RORAYA is not responsible for missing packages or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@roraya.com. We will do our best to intercept the package, but we cannot guarantee any modifications once the order has entered our processing queue.
Delivery Inspection & Issues (Damaged or Missing Items)
Upon delivery, please inspect your items promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue to support@roraya.com within 5 days of delivery (as indicated by the tracking carrier status). Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging labels.
Claims made after this 5-day window will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments
Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees required by your country’s authorities. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Refused Deliveries: If a shipment is refused by the receiver (e.g., due to unpaid customs fees) or cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees, return freight charges, and applicable refusal fees. These costs will be deducted from your final product refund.
